Tip of the day: fat loss tips

Here are our top 3 tips for fat loss

1. Gradually Reduces calories - reducing calories too soon will lead to muscle loss as well as fat loss. However a gradual reduction will lead to greater fat loss whilst maintaining more muscle.

2. Lift weights - Again it's all about preserving our muscle as it is more metabolically active which allows us to burn more calories at rest leading greater fat loss

3. HIIT - High intensity interval training. This is short bursts of exercise followed by a rest interval. Doing 20-30 minutes of this will lead to a 24 hour period of extended calorie burning through Excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC, informally called afterburn) is a measurably increased rate of oxygen intake following strenuous activity intended to erase the body's "oxygen deficit.
