Highly recommend 1-2-1 training – Advice over snapchat, messages, Facebook and face to face during consultation and training sessions. Luke shows interest in you and your goals, supporting you to achieve them. My biggest goal was overcoming the anxiety/panic attacks I would experience during exercise… training sessions were tweaked to overcome this. I use to send Luke pictures of my meals to keep motivated and check that I was on the right track. Diet was discussed and tweaked to my taste, life and work commitments. My wedding dress had to be altered from a size 14 to a 10. Thank you.

Began classes with Luke after ‘losing myself’ both physically and mentally, gaining almost 6 stone and suffering from depression and anxiety. Highly recommend Luke. Have been training with him for 9 weeks and have lost over 2 stone not to mention the body fat I have lost as well. The only downside is the amount of money I have had to pay on new clothing!! He is very motivational and encouraging in his sessions and always pushes you to your limits to get the best out of the training!!

The results even for such a short programme speak for themselves!
I lost 8kg in 8 weeks, that's equivalent to the weight of a bag of sugar a week. I know I’ve actually lost a lot more than that in fat though, compared to just a diet, this programme built muscle mass as well.
In only 8 weeks I am proud to say that:
I am no longer Clinically Obese, I no longer have bouts of high blood pressure, Having type Two diabetes is now a distant worry, I no longer have to take daily medicine for reflux. I am stronger, I am fitter, I am healthier, I am happier. I am a bit poorer due to having to replace my whole wardrobe with clothes that fit! But I’m happy to take than on the chin ( only one chin now, lost the other one)"
